In 2003, a father and son were having a cocktail together and had an idea...
Less than 2 years later, Damon and Dennis were the proud owners of Murphy's Main Street Station in the Village of Hamburg. As patrons of Murphy's for years, they had always enjoyed the comfortable dining room and great lounge, but always thought it could be improved. When the former owner mentioned he was thinking of retiring, the Ayers took the opportunity to test their idea. Now, almost 7 years later, Murphy's has become the premier casual dining restaurant in the southtowns.
With over 55 years of foodservice experience between them, Dennis and Damon strive to make every customer's experience at Murphy's a memorable one. A diverse menu, excellent wine list, prompt friendly service, & a comfortable casual atmosphere await you at Murphy's!
Joining Murphy's in 2010, Executive Chef Jessica Laski has brought a fresh perspective to the culinary vision of Murphy's. After graduating from Pennsylvania Culinary School, Jessica spent the next 7 years honing her skills at some of Buffalo's top restaurants. Jessica has trained under renowned Chefs Vincent Carrire and Jeffery Cooke. Jessica looks forward to making your next meal at Murphy's unforgettable!!
